LAS VEGAS – After entertaining millions of fans across the world with their thrilling magic and illusions, the internationally acclaimed Fercos Brothers return to perform on the Las Vegas Strip at the Theatre for the Performing Arts at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Dec. 22, 2009 through Jan. 3, 2010. |
Led by the Fercos Brothers, Tony and Ferdinand, Untamed Illusions offers a dynamic magical spectacle featuring awe-inspiring illusions, rare and exotic animals, talented dancers and thrilling specialty acts. The 90-minute family-friendly magic show includes levitation, locked boxes, flaming torches, instantaneous transformations and many other seemingly impossible feats of illusion.
In addition to the multi-talented Fercos Brothers, some of the featured feline performers include Victoria (a Bengal tiger), Dora (a white Siberian tiger), Sinbad (a lion) and Sarina (a black leopard). The show’s cast also includes two magic assistants and world-record juggling performances. The lavish sets range from the landscape of a futuristic world to the wild jungles in South America.
The Fercos Brothers began their careers at an early age as jugglers and later as a high-flying acrobatic duo. Originally from Czechoslovakia, the Fercos Brothers are sixth generation performers and have been involved in show business since age 5. They got their first big break more than 30 years ago when they were noticed by Frederic Apcar, senior producer of Casino de Paris at the Dunes. The Fercos Brothers’ expertise in entertainment led them to work with other talented producers such as Don Arden, who produced some of the biggest shows in the world including Hello Hollywood, Jubilee, and the famous Lido Shows at the Stardust Hotel. They have since traveled the world entertaining millions with their magical bravado.
Their dedication to excellence in entertainment won The Fercos Brothers the International Magicians Society’s coveted Merlin Award for “Most Original Magicians of the Year” in 2002. The brothers reside in Las Vegas with their captivating creatures in the family compound.
